• If you request a chemical treatment such as hair colour we are required by law and our insurence to conduct a patch test, this involves processing your data and we must retain these records.

• During your appointment we may ask for your permission to take a photograph to you to showcase our work and your beautiful hair. we will make it clear at this time that it is our intention to publish this image on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. you are within your rights at any piont to decline to allow this to be taken, to request that it isn't published, or to request it to be removed and we will comply with your wishes.

Only authorised individuals have access to personal data. Paper records are kept securely in a safe in the salon and only authorised individuals have access to this.
